Request Assistance

At the RAHC, we provide skilled and culturally appropriate health professionals to supplement the staffing needs of the Aboriginal Medical Services and the NT Department of Health and Families (DHF) Health Centres in remote regions of the Northern Territory.

If you work within an AMS or a DHF Health Centre, contact RAHC to find out how we can support you.  Our team will liaise closely with you to establish your requirements and allow as much notice as possible for planning and preparing personnel for assignment.

When there is an immediate need we are committed to doing our best to meet those vacancies.

All staff referred by RAHC have been credentialed by a subject matter expert as well as provided with mandatory cultural training. Throughout the placement RAHC health professionals are provided with a regional liaison officer and clinical support manager to assist with a smooth transition to remote practice in varying health settings.

We will consult with your AMS or DHF Health Centre on the terms and conditions of engagement and then be responsible for contracting the health professionals on agreed rates of pay.

Our commitment to your community ensures we maintain open channels of communication throughout assignments.

To provide all participants with feedback, we conduct post assignment interviews and surveys at the completion of their assignment. We will seek feedback from your organisation as well.
