| Description: | A Dental Therapist is required to fill a short-term positions in Alice Springs. The position is for 12 weeks and will service Alice Springs and the surrounding communities. Broaden your clinical experience by tackling the challenges in oral health care in the Northern Territory. RAHC will provide all personnel with cultural training and clinical orientation prior to the start of a placement. In addition, RAHC will arrange all travel from point of origin to the destination and return. Accommodation is provided. | Experience, qualifications and documentation required: | Diploma of Oral Health or equivalent qualification that is recognised by the Australian Dental Council. Current unrestricted Australian registration to practice as a Dental Therapist. Bi-Annual certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Current user licence for radiation. One clinical referee that can attest to the Therapist’s level of experience and competence. Evidence of current professional indemnity insurance desired not essential. |
