RAHC NT Manager

| Description: | The Remote Area Health Corps (RAHC) is seeking applications for the position of RAHC NT Manager. The position is full-time and based in Darwin. |
| Experience, qualifications and documentation required: | The RAHC NT Manager is responsible for all RAHC operations in the NT including stakeholder relations and oversight of liaison, logistics, feedback and complaints, incident responses and risk management. The successful applicant will lead the RAHC NT team and report directly to the RAHC General Manager. The successful applicant should have experience in management and representation, knowledge of the health sector, excellent communication skills, an ability and willingness to travel and a track-record for delivering results. PROFESSIONAL & ACADEMIC EXPERTISE: Essential: • Tertiary qualifications and experience in management roles; • Knowledge of the health service delivery sector; • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines; • Highly developed communication (written and oral), presentation and negotiation skills; • Ability to work under pressure; • Ability to maintain confidentiality; • Demonstrated ability to work in, and manage, a team environment; and • Ability to travel in NT and around Australia on a frequent basis. Desirable: • Experience of work in the NT and remote communities • Experience in working with Aboriginal peoples and culture. |
