Dental Health Professionals
We need Dentists, Dental Assistants and Dental/Oral Health Therapists to fill short-term placements in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Placements are paid and from as little as three weeks. Cultural and Clinical training is provided before the placement commences.

Dentists
- Bachelor of Dentistry or equivalent qualification that is recognised by the Australian Dental Council
- Current unrestricted registration to practice as a Dentist in Australia
- A minimum of two years recent clinical experience
- RAHC will search on AHPRA for evidence of Australian registration.
- A letter of good standing, if required
- Evidence of Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support competency (completed within the past 12 months)
- Current user licence for radiation
- Two references attesting to your clinical expertise in the last two years
- Evidence of current professional indemnity insurance
- A Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance Card (*Please note: an application for this clearance can be arranged and processed through RAHC)
- Diploma of Oral Health or equivalent qualification that is recognised by the Australian Dental Council
- Current unrestricted Australian registration to practice as a Dental/Oral Therapist
- RAHC will search on AHPRA for evidence of Australian registration.
- A minimum of two years recent clinical experience
- Evidence of Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support competency (completed within the past 12 months)
- Current user licence for radiation
- Two references attesting to your clinical expertise in the last two years
- Evidence of current professional indemnity insurance (desired not essential)
- A Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance Card (*Please note: an application for this clearance can be arranged and processed through RAHC)
- Qualification in Dental Assisting (preferably a Certificate III)
- A minimum of 6 months recent clinical experience
- Two references attesting to your clinical expertise in the last two years
- Evidence of Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support competency (completed within the past 12 months)
- A Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance Card (*Please note: RAHC will pay for the Working with Children check on behalf of our health professionals)
- A current National Police Check (*Please note: RAHC will pay for the Working with Children check on behalf of our health professionals)
