Registered Nurses
We need Registered Nurses to fill short-term placements in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Placements are paid and from as little as three weeks up to three months. Cultural and Clinical training is provided before the first placement commences to help prepare our health professionals for the work and life they will participate in a remote community.

Qualifications, experience and documentation required:
Registered Nurse for Primary Health Care in Regional/Remote Aboriginal Communities
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Two references attesting to your clinical expertise in the last two years
- RAHC will search on AHPRA for evidence of Australian registration.
- Two years minimum of recent clinical experience and have demonstrated generalist medical/surgical and/or primary health care skills as well as experience or training in emergency care.
- Evidence of Continuing professional development/education over the past 12 months.
- Evidence of Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support competency (completed within the past 12 months)
- A Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance Card (*Please note: RAHC will pay for the Working with Children check on behalf of our health professionals)
- A current National Police Check (*Please note: RAHC will pay for the Working with Children check on behalf of our health professionals)
Desirable
Prior experience in Remote, Primary Health Care and/or Emergency Nursing
