Under new health requirements in the Northern Territory (NT), individuals are now required to check-in at most businesses and venues, including supermarkets, restaurants and gyms. The Territory Check In app provides a contactless, secure and simple way to do this. It is easy to download and free of charge. 

RAHC suggests all Health Professionals download the app before arriving in the NT as it is the most convenient way to comply with the new requirements. 

To download the app, follow this simple five-step process: 

  1. Download The Territory Check In app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
  2. Register your details.
  3. Open the app at participating venues and scan the displayed business QR code to check-in.
  4. Add any additional people that may be with you.
  5. When the check-in is complete, show venue staff the successful check in screen on the app.

Please note Internet connection and a compatible phone or tablet device is required

You can also link your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Territory Check In app. Linking your COVID-19 digital certificate is an easy way to prove vaccination status when checking in at a venue.
