APNA Conference - May 29 to 31 2014

The Australian Practice Nurses Association (APNA) national conference is being held in Sydney this year at the Hilton, from May 29 to 31. If you are a Registered Nurse who is planning to attend, make sure you visit the RAHC booth and say hello to the team.

The theme of this year’s event is ‘Thriving Through Change’ and the program will include workshops, masterclasses, keynotes, abstract presentations and plenary sessions. There will be ample opportunities for professional development and earning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.

In addition, there will be a number of social events, including the Conference Gala Dinner that includes the presentation of APNA Best Practice Nursing Awards. The Gala Dinner will be held on Friday May 30 on a cruise of Sydney Harbour.

If you are planning to attend this event, make sure you drop in to the RAHC booth to say hello to the RAHC team. It is a great opportunity to meet some of the team members in person. It is also a great opportunity for you to introduce the RAHC team to any friends or colleagues who may one day be interested in joining RAHC and also being part of the effort to improve Indigenous health in the NT.

Early bird registration closes Monday 14 April 2014. For more information about the event or to register as a delegate, please visit the APNA National Conference website.
