Farewell to Genevieve Lewis – RAHC Clinical Coordinator for Central Australia and Barkly
RAHC’s Clinical Coordinator for Central Australia and the Barkly region, Genevieve Lewis, has decided on a change of pace by leaving her full-time position at RAHC after five-plus years in the role. Genevieve has been instrumental in supporting the entire team and the Board of RAHC and will be greatly missed. She will continue to be a part of the RAHC team by staying on board with us as a Remote Educator supporting those Health Professionals that are new to remote healthcare in the NT
Tanya Brunt, National Manager of RAHC, said, “The significant contribution, insight, wisdom and experience that Genevieve has provided to the RAHC team, Health Professionals, Health Services and Stakeholders has been exceptional. It has been an honour and a joy to work with Genevieve. We wish her all the very best in her new endeavours.
“We are pleased to announce that Gregor Walton will temporarily fill the position of Clinical Coordinator in Central Australia for two months before RAHC recruits to fill the position permanently. Gregor is a Registered Nurse who has worked with RAHC since 2012 and has a thorough understanding of and familiarity with remote Indigenous health delivery,” she added.
