RAHC Audiologist and author Dino Hodge launches new book

RAHC Audiologist Dino Hodge has written a biography of a great Australian political figure Don Dunstan.

The book launch was held on May 15, 2014, several members of the RAHC team, including General Manager Philip Roberts, Clinical Manager Fiona Wake and Michael Loughlin were able to attend and managed to get photographed with Dino Hodge and Clare Martin, Former Chief Minister of the Northern Territory (see right).

The book is titled ‘Don Dunstan, Intimacy and Liberty: A Political Biography’ and is published by Wakefield Press. Many may remember Don Dunston as the 60s and 70s politician from South Australia who was an outspoken campaigner for social policy and civil rights, including for Indigenous Australians. Many will also remember him as the politician who wore pink shorts. The book discusses the public discourse surrounding Don Dunston and the various social changes he set about making.
