RAHC launches a live-chat platform to assist health professionals complete the online application process

We are pleased to announce the launch of a live-chat platform on the RAHC website that will provide support to health professionals (HPs) completing the application process online. The RAHC placement team will type responses to any questions in real-time as HPs submit their application. The chat widget will be available during business hours and is accessible across browser and smart devices and compatible with iOS and Android operating systems.

Tanya Brunt, National Manager of RAHC, said, “Chat is immediate, personable and highly effective in helping health professionals complete the application process quickly.  Our recent website overhaul has improved the process for users and this will improve that process even more.”

The RAHC chat platform is available during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday on the RAHC apply now page. After office hours a message can be left on the chat platform and we will respond the next working day.
