Request for Professional Development Support

RAHC Health Professionals (HPs) are welcome to apply for professional development (PD) support directly related to remote health practice.

There are three parts required to complete to be considered for RAHC support:

1.    PD request details (HP to complete)

2.    Recommendation (Clinical Manager to complete)

3.    Feedback (HP to complete)

All PD must be requested and approved prior to attendance and should be emailed to Fiona Wake, RAHC Clinical Manager, at clinical@rahc.com.au.
