After much planning, RAHC is excited to announce the rollout of a new advertising campaign targeting urban-based Health Professionals (HPs) and encouraging them to undertake a short-term paid placement in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Northern Territory.

In collaboration with Sydney-based company, Bashful Creative Agency, we have produced an eye-catching new look and feel for our brand, incorporating existing RAHC design elements. Additionally, with B Corp-certified media buying agency Benedictus Media, we explored several audience targeting options to expand our reach and build awareness of the program.

The design brief was to generate content that used emotive messaging to inspire new applicants to join the program. There has been a focus on emphasising the experiences and relationships our HPs become exposed to and the benefits for personal and professional growth.

The campaign is now visible across YouTube and social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

“It has been a while since RAHC has executed a formal recruitment advertising campaign, and since the launch at the beginning of this month, we have seen a healthy reaction to the campaign. With the ongoing COVID-19 challenges including border closures and mandatory quarantine, it is more important than ever to see a continuing increase of urban health care professionals wanting to support remote communities in the Territory,” said Georgie McWilliam, RAHC’s Brand Manager.

Thanks to the campaign, we are excited to be welcoming many new Health Professionals to the team.

If you are a health professional, consider a paid short term placement with RAHC.
